Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.

Discounted Group Registration Rates

Cancellation Policy
Registration: Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 7 January 2010 will receive a full refund less $100 administration charge. Cancellations received on or after 7 January 2010 will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide details of the substitute in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Accommodation: No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 6 February 2010.
Social Program: Payments not refundable after 19 February 2010.

If you have any special dietary or access requirements, please ensure that you complete the appropriate section on the registration form.
Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
Payment must be in Australian Dollars, payable on an Australian bank and free from all charges.
Please note that debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as Conexion Event Management.
Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Congress Organiser's do not accept responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay.
Privacy Policy
The organisers of the 2010 Congress are bound and committed to supporting the principles set out in the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1988. All information obtained and stored for the purposes of planning and registering delegates to attend the congress will comply with this legislation.
Please note that the Organising Committee may disclose some of the information that is collected such as your name, organisation and email address to congress sponsors and exhibitors for marketing purposes (with your permission). Consent for publication of this information may be withdrawn by completing the appropriate section of the registration form.

A range of hotels and apartments (within walking distance to the Convention Centre) are available for Congress delegates. We encourage you to book your accommodation through the Congress Secretariat to receive these competitive rates.
Book early and win!
Delegates who register and book accommodation at the Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour or the Grand Mercure Apartments, prior to the early bird deadline will go in the draw to each win a full buffet breakfast for two for the duration of the Congress. There are five packages at each hotel to be won.
All accommodation rates shown are room only, in Australian Dollars, include the 10% Goods and Services Tax and are valid until 6 February 2010.

Accommodation Deposits
All accommodation bookings must be accompanied with a deposit equivalent of one night's tariff. This deposit will be forwarded on your behalf by the Congress Secretariat to the relevant hotel and used to confirm your accommodation booking. No bookings will be confirmed by the Congress Secretariat until one night's deposit has been received. Each delegate must settle the remainder of their accommodation upon check-out.
Deadline and Cancellations
The Congress Secretariat has an obligation to return unsold rooms to the hotels/apartments on 6 February 2010, therefore accommodation bookings and rates reserved after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Policy: No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 6 February 2010.
Early and Late Arrivals
Standard hotel check in time in Australia is 3.00pm. If you will be arriving earlier than 3.00pm and require your room upon arrival to the hotel, you may be required to book your room the night prior to ensure immediate occupancy. You will be required to pay an additional night's tariff should you wish to guarantee your room. Please advise the Congress Secretariat on your registration form if you are pre-booking your room for the night prior to your arrival so that your hotel can be informed.
If you will be arriving to your hotel after 6.00pm, please advise the Congress Secretariat on your registration form so that your hotel can be informed. If you do not alert the Congress Secretariat, to your late arrival, the hotel may release your reservation.
